Having trouble creating account access? Here are a few tips:
All customers need to create account access, once. Customers who have used our older version of account management are asked to re-establish access here because all passwords have been reset for security purposes.
Entering your account number - this is your Valiant Energy Solutions account number, and it can be found on any past invoice or statement. Or give us a call at 800.992.2227.
Billing zip code - this should be the same zip code used for your current Valiant Energy Solutions billing. The zip code and your account number are used to verify that you are already a customer.
Email address - choose an email address that you want to use to access your online account. It does not have to be an email address already on file with us.
Setting your password - once you have entered your information, you'll be prompted to create a password, which you should store in a safe place for future use. It does not have to be a password already on file with us.
Customer Login - for all future logins, use the left side of the login page (Customer Login). All you'll need to login in will be your email address and your password.
